How I can work with you

Individual counselling and psychotherapy can be useful at any stage of life and can help address a wide range of issues and experiences that people may be struggling with. Counselling can help you navigate complex difficulties at work or at home or simply increase your understanding of yourself and why you may respond to life's challenges in a particular way.

Research on happiness has consistently shown that healthy relationships are at the heart of our mental health and overall wellbeing. I love to work with couples and all types of relationships as the impact of building healthier, happy connections with each other, can have profound and long lasting effects on many.

Whether you are planning for a baby, expecting your first child, navigating matrescence or patrescence, or finding your way through the early years of parenting, I offer a warm, compassionate, and evidence-informed space to support you. Together, we can explore the emotional, relational, and practical changes that accompany this season of life, strengthen your relationship, build confidence in your parenting, and help you move through this transition with greater resilience, connection, and self-compassion. My approach recognises that when a baby is born, parents are born too, and caring for your wellbeing is one of the greatest gifts you can offer yourself, your relationship, and your growing family.tem description

Therapists are some of the most hard-working, giving and empathic people I have encountered in life. The retreats I run focus on nourishment, self reflection and deep restorative care for therapists while at the same time offering a space for clinical supervision in which professional challenges can be unpacked and explored.
